Full-length removable roof for long machinery and crane-loaded project pieces.
40 ft

The 40-foot open top gives the same tarpaulin roof arrangement as the 20-foot unit across a full 40-foot frame. It handles long machinery, structural steel, pipe bundles and cut material that has to be lowered in rather than pushed through the doors.
The header bar above the cargo doors swings clear on most builds, so a piece as long as the interior can be fed in horizontally. Cargo projecting above the roof line is treated as out-of-gauge and needs carrier approval before the booking is confirmed.
Roof bows and tarpaulin have to be reinstalled and secured after loading when the cargo sits within the profile.
