Cargo doors at both ends of a 20-foot unit for straight-through loading and access.
20 ft

A 20-foot double door unit carries a full set of cargo doors at each end of the container. Cargo loaded at one end can be removed from the other, which avoids the first-in, last-out sequence forced by a single-door box.
The configuration suits inventory that has to stay reachable, pipe and long material fed straight through, and site layouts where a forklift can only approach from one side. Interior and exterior dimensions match a standard 20-foot dry van, since the second door set replaces the front wall rather than changing the envelope.
Both door sets need swing clearance, so allow roughly six feet at each end when positioning the unit.

Equipment moving on an international booking has to satisfy the applicable carrier, CSC, inspection, prefix, marking and documentation requirements before it is loaded. Wind and watertight condition describes weather protection only, and is a separate standard from cargo-worthy condition.
